We are pleased to announce enhancements to our appointment system at Parkway, aimed at improving your access to GP appointments. Starting Monday, June 10th, all GP appointment requests will be reviewed by a Senior GP who will triage and assign them to the appropriate clinician for either a telephone or face-to-face consultation.
When you contact us, our receptionists will ask for details about your query and relay this information to the GP. To ensure efficient and accurate service, please provide as much relevant information as possible.
