Our Patient Participation Group is now up and running! We have been meeting quarterly and are already starting to see some positive results. We are however still looking for patients to join the group and further help improve the service that we deliver.
If you feel that you have something to offer and you would like to get involved with putting positive input into your surgery then please contact the surgery and leave your details.
The group have been hard at work and have created a Directory of Local Support Services and Networks. This will be updated regularly with new services being added or when services stop. We hope that you find this useful, but should any of the external links in this document not work then please let us know. Please use the form below to inform us of any changes that are needed.
